Job security is one of the most important variables when it comes to individuals and families being able to rise up and out of poverty. When incomes are stabilized, there is hope for a better future. Employment offers people the dignity and confidence they need to have faith in themselves and in their own capacity to provide for their families.
Systematic changes take time, but at1 Hope Foundation, we tackle problems head-on. We offer job training, financial literacy, basic skills, and vocational guidance. We also offer support for ex-felons who have served their time but who are finding it difficult to be hired. In addition to our vocational services, we help them pursue entrepreneurial opportunities.
We believe that communities are strengthened by residents who are eager and prepared to take the important next steps to fulfill their dreams. We give them the tools to do just that!

Vocational training

1 Hope Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping low-income individuals and families emerge from poverty by helping them qualify for employment through vocational training and related support programs. Headquartered in the State of Florida, we are currently focusing locally with a goal to expand our services region-wide.
Mission
Our mission is to provide low-income families and ex-felons with the knowledge and tools they need to achieve job security. By acquiring basic skills, job training, financial literacy and vocational guidance, they have the opportunity to emerge from poverty and gain confidence in their own abilities to shape a more positive future for themselves, their families and their communities.
We never give up on them so that they will never give up on themselves. With our support, they recognize that hope is always renewable, and that the doorways to success are never locked.
